Where are the moderator options.
When you mean the configuration of rights you will find them in your ACP under “Users” » “User Groups” » “Moderative Permissions” » “Chat”.
When you mean the commands a mod can use, some of them are accessible via the user list in chat and the rest has to be send (completely manually) as a message, like /ban User, 1d.
What to do once messages are checked ?
Currently there is no plugin or built-in function that uses checking of messages.
Why does messages come back once cleared
Clearing is a local thing, when clicking the clear button the only thing that happens is the removal of all locally rendered messages, it does not alter the message table in your database.
How to delete a message from the chat ?
Deleting messages is not possible.
How to disable uploading ?
The Members Group has the upload attachment option unchecked even though they are able to upload and the button is displayed ?
Did you uncheck this right for all user groups the registered members belong to (Users, Everyone)?
You can write an / and then hit the tab key. Now you can switch through all commands.
