Is there any way a user can name the temproom?

When you click on the chat link, it shows the list of rooms I created but there is no option for a user to create one. There aren't any error messages.

I think I have all the permissions set correctly but users cannot create temporary chat rooms. Thanks for any help.

When I login as an administrator, I see the link on the dashboard for chat. When I login as a normal user, I don't see the link. Is their a security setting that I need to change?
